there it is, the source of all evil and ingredients for my headache, along with my very important cup of coffee in the morning. I'm skipping a lecture today because my brain went on a work strike over the weekend, it is up and running again now so I'm going to get all the missing assignments done. Life is splendid otherwise!

with lots of good luck, I was able to make a Thanks Giving dinner with a friend of mine( great food but I was too busy to take any good pictures). It was quite a enormous amount of work for someone like me who's never cooked a Thanks Giving meal before, so I'm very thankful for a delicious turkey:)

I have been talking about learning how to bake deserts and pies forever, maybe this time I will really do it for a change.

nothing but a lot of reading for the night. Holiday season is just around the corner, a few more weeks of the crazies, then I will have all the time in the world to do useless little things that REALLY makes me happy!

My camera seems to be too big to drag around anywhere so I just give up taking it with me altogether. My weekend was busy but good, although I did wish I had the whole sunday off instead of spending a big chunk of it studying. Maybe that will happened next weekend?

I have been planning for some time now to take on extra ten students for the second half of the year, but since school has been so busy lately I really have not had the energy to tackle that goal. I guess with winter break coming up I will be able to reschedule everything a little better? I'm in a constant denial about having no time for anything but it kind of hit home this weekend. When you drag your date to a coffee shop to study for a good five hours with you as part of the dating activity, you know you have really hit the rock bottom.

made Chinese style braised beef. I'm so happy to have no school today, that's five hours of lectures that I don't have to sleep through, so stayed up late to make this, three hours of cooking time, I wouldn't recommend cooking it on a week night.

Kelly didn't get any fish last night when I was having dinner and that made her very unhappy, so first thing this morning I drove out to whole foods and bought salmon and cooked just for her. We can officially called her Spoiled, I think.
